CIV is a collaborative project hosted by the McCaughey Centre, School of Population Health, University of Melbourne.
This site uses local community wellbeing indicators to improve citizen engagement, community planning and policy making.

New data (2006) based on area of workplace have been added for Public Transport Patronage, supplementing the existing data based on area of residence.

New Resource! Wellbeing Map
CIV has developed an online Geographic Information System (GIS) which is an interactive mapping and analysis tool to enable visual communication of wellbeing indicators.
The Wellbeing Map uses Instant Atlas to present wellbeing information in a geographical context, revealing spatial variations and patterns across Victoria.
